When choosing slings, it is very important to adhere to safety rules, because it is with their help that an automobile crane lifts and moves loads. It depends on the quality and condition of the slings whether the crane will carry the heavy load to its destination.

Slingers and the crane operator must receive an assignment from the person responsible for the safe operation of cranes.

The responsible person is obliged to directly manage: 

• loading and unloading from open wagons;
• moving cargo by several cranes;
• work near power lines (overhead lines);
• work on ceilings (people may be under them);
• work in the absence of approved slinging schemes;
• other works stipulated by PPR or technological regulations.
